Heya! Zaid here. Here is a little background about myself. Currently, I am a full-time chemical process technician, but I kind of grew interest in fitness and personal training.

I started my fitness and health journey in my early 20s when I realized how bad my stamina, strength, and self-esteem were. It affected the quality of my life terribly.

I told myself that I needed to change so I started lifting weights and improved my dietary habits. I had zero knowledge about lifting and strength training or good nutrition. So, I had to take courses, buy books, and read a lot of articles to ensure that I was doing the right thing.

I did my best to apply what I knew to a point where I experienced what seemed like a miracle - I got stronger and built some muscles.

It is because of these life-changing moments that got me interested in inspiring others to not give up on their fitness goals as well.

With the right mindset and strategies, it can be done.

I'm also a practicing Muslim and I believe that, as Muslims, we are responsible for our health and well-being as well.

Apart from our physical well-being, we must also take good care of our emotional and spiritual well-being as well.

That is why Muslims need to learn the basic principles of Islam. By doing so, they will realize that Islam teaches a lot of life lessons that can be applied to our wellness, working life, and social life as well.
